​    On the afternoon of April 8, the plenary meeting of the Editorial Department of the National Power Research Institute was successfully held in Conference Room 414 of the Northern Complex. The meeting, themed 'Unite and Stay True to Our Original Aspiration, Pass the Torch and Embark on a New Journey,' comprehensively reviewed the annual work achievements, recognized outstanding models, deepened exchanges between new and old members, clarified the development direction for the next phase, and further encouraged all members to fulfill their duties, unite efforts, and move forward with determination. Vice President Feng Lingbing, Teacher Wen Ting, Teacher Wang Jia, and all members of the Editorial Department attended the meeting.

    The meeting officially began with the host's opening remarks. Vice President Feng Lingbing delivered a speech, fully affirming the editorial department's achievements and team spirit over the past year, and expressing high expectations for the new members.

The teams and individuals being honored are the backbone of the editorial department and have set a good example for all members.

    This was followed by a session for communication between new and senior members. Each participant introduced themselves in turn, sharing their initial motivations and aspirations for joining the editorial department. Representatives of senior members shared their experiences and insights from practical work, focusing on content planning, manuscript editing and proofreading, platform operation, and team collaboration. The atmosphere of the on-site exchange was enthusiastic and harmonious, effectively enhancing team cohesion and members' sense of belonging.

    During the work deployment phase, Dean Feng Lingbing systematically summarized the achievements of the editorial department over the past year in content production, column development, and team collaboration. He also put forward clear requirements for subsequent work, emphasizing the need to strengthen content originality and quality, improve timeliness of information dissemination, deepen research on the "Beyond GDP" agenda, optimize and strengthen the "National Situation Science Popularization" section, and strive to enhance the value and reach of both the official account and the website.

    The conference concluded successfully with a concise and pragmatic summary. This meeting served as a work summary meeting, commendation and motivation meeting, as well as a gathering for ideological cohesion and direction setting.
